Within a week we filled out an intake form and had our first prenatal meeting scheduled. Kelly gave me evidence-based information about labor and delivery so that I could make decisions that were right for me and my baby boy. During labor, Kelly’s ability to help me regulate, focus on my breathing, and remain calm helped my body to relax and bring my son into the world safely.
