meet the doulas.

Our team recognizes that birth is one of the most vulnerable and most intimate moments in a woman's life and we want to honor you in that experience. Our hope is that we can provide emotional support, physical comfort and when needed, communication with the medical staff to ensure you, as the birther, have the information you need to make an informed decision as your labor progresses. As your doula, we can provide reassurance, encouragement, and perspective to you and your support person, make suggestions for labor progress, and help with relaxation, soothing touch, position changes and other techniques for comfort.

Hi, I’m Kali, and I’m so glad you are here! I have spent years working in the nonprofit sector supporting and advocating for mamas, families, and babies in the Twin Cities. That, along with my passion for athletics and coaching at a collegiate level, is what drove me to become a doula! I desire for you and your family to feel equipped, encouraged and supported during your pregnancy, labor, and postpartum, with the ultimate goal of having a positive outlook on your birth experience. Your body is strong and designed to give birth and I want to remind you to believe in your body and mind, help you prepare your body for birth, and assist you and your family as you experience this super special moment in your life!

I am originally from Washington State, but my husband, Nate and I live in Northeast Minneapolis with our two sons, Judah and Ford! When I am not working as a doula, I enjoy hosting friends and family in my home, spending time outside with my kids and attempting to nourish a thriving garden and feed my house plants!

Hey there, I’m Kelly! As a longtime pediatric nurse in the Twin Cities, I have a passion for the holistic care of a child from birth. This passion, along with my extensive experience and training, fuels my work with mamas in order to support their journeys from pregnancy to delivery and postpartum. My goal is to ensure that no matter the birthing experience you choose, you are not only empowered by it, but fall in love with it!

As a mama myself, I love to support others in their journey to meet their sweet babies. My husband Dalton and I got married in 2020, had our first daughter, Lyla, in February 2022 and our son, Charlie came 2 years later in 2024! We also can’t forget our 90 pound lab, Kevin. We live in Hugo where I try out new sourdough recipes, make my kids giggle, and daydream about the beaches of Hawaii.
